Designing Passes' Global Navigation System

Redesigned the full navigation architecture across web and mobile to streamline access, reduce friction, and support creator-first workflows. I restructured Passes’ global navigation system to better serve the dual needs of creators and fans. This included redesigning the top and bottom nav bars, re-architecting the sitemap into four clear sections for creators—Creator Tools, Monetization & Insights, Community, and Security—and rethinking how actions like “Create a Post” scale across platform types. To reduce cognitive load, I introduced a modular Create modal that centralizes key actions (mass DMs, posts, livestreams) under one CTA. For high-frequency pages, I surfaced quick-access icons and re-prioritized placement across desktop and mobile. On mobile, I shifted fan navigation to a persistent 5-icon system, with an expandable hamburger menu that reveals the full sitemap.
